Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 16 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that all rooms come with onsite parking apart from the 'Double room with Private Facilities with no parking' . If your booking is made within 7 days of the arrival date, 100 percent of the total stay will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. Smoking Policy Anyone smoking will be asked to leave immediately. Guests will be charged for any cleaning costs and losses incurred.

Hosts were friendly and kind. Chatty, but never too much. Lovely breakfast and excellent coffee. Location was super.
Polite, friendly, accommodating. Agreed to a later check in for us as we were travelling after work. Able to accommodate our son with a dairy allergy and made us feel like nothing was too much trouble...
